Strategic copywriting for businesses large and small ready to go from 7 to a solid 10.
I write website copy, email campaigns, stories, branding, and blogs that sell with soul and do serious heavy lifting for your business.
You’re in the right place.
Words have power.
People make decisions about your business long before they enquire (or don’t).
They’ll have inserted themselves into every single word you’ve written.
And those words become relentlessly successful when you give your audience an opportunity to go where they want to go.
So as your copywriter, I won’t tell your audience that your value offer is awesome and that they should get on board.
I’ll remind them of their authenticity, and I’ll show them how your offer levels them up in their story.
This is how a sale becomes a no-brainer.
This is how my words become your advantage.

For transparency, the Procopywriters 2025 survey showed that the average freelance copywriter day rate is £480.
My standard day rate is £525.
Typically, when someone hires me and pays my day rate, they’ll end up paying between £525 - 2,000 for the whole project depending on the scope.
They could email me and say, “Hi Anna, I’m launching a product. I’ve done the landing page and opt-in page, but I need a sequence of sideways sales emails and 2x aftercare emails, as well as 3x social media posts to support the launch.”
In which case, I’d say:
Sure! That kind of lift and the time it takes, including our 50-min creative meeting, extensive research, execution, and 2x rounds of edits will take us to about £1600.By the way—no copywriter can ever provide an ROI up front, but imagine this campaign generating just 5% more sales based upon that investment (as a modest estimate). Which wouldn’t be bad at all, would it.

As a retainer client, you get:
First dibs on my availability, and flexibility on your scope of work and needs
My full understanding of your intentions, your systems, and your brand, without having to explain it over and over again to new freelancers
Faster turnarounds, as it takes less time to write for brands that I’ve already gone through with a fine-toothed comb
Expert copy and strategy from someone that slots seamlessly into your team and vibe
My full range of work.
My retainer rate starts from £483 per month, which is 1x day rate at a discount. (My day rate is £525).
We do a minimum of 1x day per month, on a rolling retainer contract of 3, 6, or 12 months.
The longer the contract, the bigger the discount. For example:
3 month retainer discount: 515
6 month retainer discount: 499
12 month retainer discount: 483The typical range my clients pay while having me on a monthly retainer is around £900-1800 a month for ongoing projects.

Sometimes you REALLY need to think before you speak, and make sure no-one feels left out, vindicated, unsafe, or unheard.
Basically, you need to read a room and not be wildly innapropriate.
It’s not about walking on eggshells. Or trying to please everyone. Cos anything public-facing is always gonna get scrutinised.
It’s about tact, credibility, and kindness. Knowing where your language carries weight and how it affects how people perceive you.
And knowing how words will influence whether people are proud to associate themselves with you—or not.High-stakes sensitive subjects can include:
Internal communication.
Any sustainability or inclusion communications and policies.
Crisis communications.
Your auto-response email templates (ESPECIALLY the ones you send to unsuccessful applicants).
Your brand manifesto.
Your about me.
Apology statements.
Trigger warnings.
Bereavement or compassionate leave policies.
Your audience’s nervous systems unconsciously scan your language to see if they’re safe or welcome with you.
They can smell a rat from a mile off.
Here’s where your luck cashes in:
I’m one of the most perceptive and tuned-in people you’ll ever meet. (It’s a blessing and a curse). And so when it comes down to sensitive subjects, you won’t need anyone else.
I write copy that lands with care, precision, and a deep understanding of who is reading at any given moment. I understand how, when people are worried, they scan for the key information. I communicate sticky subjects with credibility and I don’t lose people’s trust. I communicate your goals without overstating certainty or progress. I work with the truth, and I keep things authentic.

A product launch is like a modern, digital version of the Lernaean Hydra, where you tick off 1 to-do and another 2 appear.
You have to think about your messaging strategy, social post calendar, the last email of the sequence, or that affirming opt-in page full of personality…
The copywriting side of a product launch is a full time job. Which, if you’re running the business, and only know a thing or two about conversion copywriting, is a big ask.
Luckily for you, I genuinely love the intensity of a product launch and I’m still fascinated by how the psychology behind it all just works.
I use proven psychology principles to make sure your audience feel at home, directly seen, and engaged. And to help them pull out their payment card before they’ve gotten. to the bottom of the page. :D
When you hire me to write the launch, I include:1x creative meeting
Research, analytics & optimisation
1x landing page
Launch email sequence (usually 9+)
Social sequence
FAQs
Microcopy: cart nudges, join/opt-in page, thank you page, CTAs, header/footer
Ads
2x rounds of revision
Ongoing support & pivoting (if needed) during the actual launch
Including all of the above, the investment starts at 6500+ depending on scope and timeline.
We’re not dogmatic around here, though. If you want to pick and mix, just fill out my form and we’ll razzle something up!
Tell me about it
Just pop me a message about your project, your timelines, and what’s feeling stuck. We can go from there.

I need different deliverables than the ones she’s outlined. Or more or less than what she’s offering.
Not sure this is for me.
Great, you know what you want!
